Big Ruby's, like many other gay
guest houses in Key West, consist of historic conch
estates and cottages that have been meticulously
converted to modern comfortable Bed and Breakfasts.
Big Ruby's consists of 6 separate buildings all enclosed
in one very large compound. The numerous guest rooms
are various shapes and sizes. We have rooms that
may accommodate from 1 to 4 persons all at different
sizes and rates. This is why our table below gives
you a general range of rates for each season. When
you call or email with your specific dates and/or
special requests our reservation specialist will
describe the exact rooms and rates that are available
and suitable just for you.
All rates include an award winning restaurant style
breakfast, prepared to your request by our Chef,
along with endless bloody marys and mimosas. There
is also Big Ruby's Happy Hour each evening with complimentary
beer, wine and snacks. Our guests always tell us
one of the things they love about Big Ruby's is the
location. We are only one block from Key West's central
gay district. |

All rates are single or double occupancy. Add $25 for each
additional person. Room charges subject to a 7.5% sales tax and 4% hotel
tax (total 11.5%)
- Deposit required to confirm reservation is 35% of the total, 1/2 for major holidays. Balance must be paid on arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, VISA, Master Card and Discover. No personal checks accepted during stay.
- Deposit (less a $25 cancellation fee) will be refunded
if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior
to arrival date. 60 days for holidays or special events.
Inside cancellation dates, deposits do become non-refundable.
- Holiday rates apply and minimum stays are required for
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Fantasy Fest, Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Years. Rates subject to change without
notice.
